My
name is Mary Jane Medlock. In March of 2001, I weighed
over 320 pounds. I lost 152 pounds and 128 inches, and
went from a size 56 to a 10 in less than one year. To
date, I have lost over 170 pounds and now wear 10's and
8's. Five years later, I am still successfully
maintaining my healthy weight loss without gaining one
pound back. No kidding!
My story begins when I gained 180 pounds and over 130
inches in 15 months sending me into a severe depression.
At over 320 pounds, I found myself dealing with morbid
obesity. I tried every diet, drugs, weight loss
clinics, fad diets, and more with no success.
I am sharing my story in hopes that I will be an
inspiration to other morbidly obese men, woman and
children... Just maybe someone will get motivated by my
before and after photos, not sure, but that is my
intent.
I was in so much emotional and physical pain when I was
obese. I didn't have a life. I only existed.
That all changed for me with
this program! I'm still maintaining! You can too!
I didn't lose the weight using pills. I didn't have the
stomach surgery. I made the commitment and found
products that finally worked for me. However, it wasn't
the products. It was sheer determination, commitment,
and effort. There isn't a pill, product, or program out
there that will work unless you are willing to put the
effort into it. If you're ready, I can help. I know! I
spent over $20,000 trying to lose weight until I finally
realized there really isn't any miracle diet, pills, or
programs.
I can help motivate you if you are really struggling. I

I can't get the weight off of you. This is something you
have to do. However, I can try and help motivate you,
tell you what I did, and what I am eating nowadays. Just

For most of her life,
losing weight was an uphill battle for Mary Jane Medlock
- a native New Yorker who now resides in Texas. Weighing
320 pounds, Mary Jane had difficulty walking and even
breathing normally because of her weight. She spent four
years - and more than $20,000 - trying various weight
loss products, programs, and diet pills with little or
no success.
After wasting so much time and money with nothing to
show for it, Mary Jane felt like a failure and began to
lose hope that she would ever be able to shed her
unwanted weight. In 2001, Mary Jane began a medically
supervised program, a portion-controlled weight loss
program consisting of a variety of soy-based meal
replacement products including shakes, bars, soups, and
snacks. Mary Jane didn't have to count calories,
carbohydrates, fat grams, or worry about portion sizes.
Mary Jane's results on the this program were
extraordinary. In less than one year, she lost 152
pounds and lost a total of 170 pounds after two years.
She dropped from a size 56 to a size 10, without gaining
one pound of her original weight loss back - even during
the holiday season and the unexpected death of her
mother. Mary Jane also experienced a tremendous increase
in her energy levels and began an exercise program to
maintain her weight.
Today, Mary Jane is on the maintenance program, where
she incorporates three replacement meals into her daily
program of other healthy foods. She exercises regularly
and weighs 150 pounds. Mary Jane feels passionate about
her healthy lifestyle and currently coaches more than
200 men and women to help them lose weight. She is also
a certified aerobics instructor and plans to earn her
certification in nutrition and personal training this
year, to learn even more about how proper food and
exercise can contribute to improved overall health.
