My Program Choices
Based on your personal needs, select the plan that fits best for you. If you wish, you can even alternate between the two plans.

5 and 1 Plan:

  • Five nutritional products per day.

  • One small, “lean and green” meal of meat and salad or vegetables per day.

  • Great option for people with family or social obligations that include food.

Complete Plan (what I did):

  • Five or six nutritional products a day.

  • No regular food, just meal replacements.

  • Works well for people who need to lose a lot of weight or those who want to briefly eliminate all food choices.

Which products should I order?
Pick the ones that match your tastes. Many people start the program by using cold shakes for most of their daily products. The only exception is the protein bars which should not be used more than once a day.

Q. Do I need to see my doctor?
A. It’s always wise to see your physician before starting any new diet or exercise plan. With this program, if you select the “Complete Plan” or you have diabetes, high blood pressure, or other medical issues, we strongly recommend that you see your physician before you begin the program, then do follow-up visits based on your doctor’s advice.

If you choose the “5 & 1 Plan” and you are in good health with no significant medical problems, you may begin the plan without a medical visit.
